About the property
Beyond the main structures, the property's grounds hold endless possibilities for enhancement, including space for new terraces, a tennis court, or even a private vineyard. The old water cistern, transformed into a multifunctional space, adds a unique element that could serve as an indoor pool, or yoga studio. The finca's heritage is further celebrated through the preservation of its traditional Mallorcan agricultural buildings, now reimagined for residential use, and contributing greatly to the estate's cultural and historical character. This exquisite property is also equipped with a myriad of modern amenities, however. These include a saltwater pool, underfloor heating, a high-performance aerothermal system, and a full KNX system for smart home management.
The use of high-quality materials and finishes, such as Italian Hoth Bath fixtures and Swiss Forster windows, reflects the commitment to luxury and sustainability found throughout this beautiful home. With its own hunting license and ample space for agricultural pursuits, this architect-reimagined finca represents a rare opportunity to own a piece of Mallorca's heritage, modernised for contemporary living. A true haven of tranquility and natural beauty, it offers an unparalleled lifestyle between the bays of Cala Varques and Cala Falcó, to which it's possible to walk, more or less without leaving your own land, in no more than 15 minutes.

Manacor
Manacor, in the South East of the island, is an extremely attractive town enjoying celebrity as the hometown of tennis great Rafa Nadal.
Coming to the town afresh, it’s easy to misunderstand what makes it tick, but historic buildings restored in recent years to their full glory signify the beneficial gentrification that has enhanced Manacor’s already attractive centre. With lots of lovely restaurants and cafes sprinkled through the little lanes emanating from the central plaza, with its neo-gothic Church of Our Lady of Sorrows, Manacor makes a delightful place to own a second home. Not surprisingly, given its connections with Mallorca’s greatest sporting hero, the town enjoys superb tennis facilities, with hard, grass, clay and padel courts, as well as hosting the Rafa Nadal Museum Xperience. It is now home, too, to the Rafa Nada School which, providing a complete 3-18 years international schooling, has greatly increased the demand amongst buyers for property in the town.
The areas surrounding Manacor are deservedly popular with those seeking either a finca on an ample plot. This is a wonderful area to get to know, on foot or on wheels, with fig, olive, carob and orange trees everywhere, and a rapidly expanding organic farming economy, which includes some terrific organic wineries. There’s no shortage of rural eateries, either.
